RoboCat login: account access, geo-blocking and dormancy rules
Accessing your RoboCat account requires your registered email address and password. However, player sign-in can be complicated by strict operational rules: travel outside Canada to excluded territories triggers a 403 HTTP geo-block, account recovery lacks a telephone helpline, and accounts dormant for over 180 days incur monthly maintenance charges.

Signing in and account recovery options
The RoboCat login portal is accessible on both desktop and mobile web browsers. Players enter their registered credentials to access the cashier, active bonus balances, and game lobby. If login credentials are forgotten, password resets can be requested through the automated web interface.
If access problems persist, player recovery is handled exclusively through live chat or email (support@robocat.com). RoboCat provides no telephone support line, meaning account locks or credential issues cannot be resolved over the phone. Help centre

Geo-blocking and fees
Geo-location restrictions, duplicate locks and dormancy fees
Travel is a key consideration for registered players. While Canada is not an excluded jurisdiction under clause 2.3, traveling to named restricted territories—such as the United States, United Kingdom, or Ukraine—will result in an automated 403 HTTP error page blocking access to the casino.
Additionally, players must remain active to avoid financial deductions. After 180 consecutive days without login activity, RoboCat classifies the account as dormant under clause 6.18 and assesses an ongoing monthly maintenance fee of 0.75 CAD until the balance is exhausted. Account lockouts also occur if the system detects duplicate registrations across shared IP addresses or device profiles. T&C
